Thanks to the power of a dvd rental subscription I can now watch a couple of movies each week without bankrupting myself. It also means that I can finally tick off a lot of the older classic films that everyone says I should watch but I don't necessarily want to watch. Sometimes I'm happily surprised, other times I just don't understand what everyone is on about.
I've seen 109 films so far this year.

I really love this film, I'm a complete sucker for sport films and anything with a team coming together and strong ensemble casts. This film has all the things that I enjoy in films and it does them all competently. It's sappy, moderately predictable and emotionally manipulative, but I love it.
