Production Manager at Stickee Ltd. (Jan 2008 - July 2009)
I was in charge of the production team at this digital marketing agency based in High Wycombe, overseeing a junior producer and small production team of designers and developers. As senior producer, I took a concept from our creative team and turned it into a detailed plan for production, liaising with clients to agree on all the details of the project. I then co-ordinated the production, testing and release of the project; managing development teams and communicating with the client. I have worked on brand development, campaign mini-sites and larger CMS driven websites for companies such as BSkyB, ITV and BEA Systems.

I project managed the launch of a membership scheme called RTS Futures, targeting under-30s working in television. The scheme is centred on a website (http://www.rtsfutures.org.uk) which allows visitors to register and pay for membership, share their thoughts and media with other members and find out more information about the television industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of the specifications and requirements for the RTS Futures Website
• Selectiing and liaising with design, development and hosting agencies

Various Positions at Macrospace Ltd/Glu Mobile (Feb 2003 to Dec 2005)
I joined the services department of this mobile game production and distribution company as a Web Developer. I later became Product Manager, liaising with clients regarding their requirements. In April 2005, following a merger and re-branding of the company to become Glu Mobile, I moved to the marketing team as Project Manager: Web and Interactive.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversight of game sales sites on web, WAP and i-mode in over twenty countries
• Project manager for the development of a template site (http://www.mobu.com) that can be customised by language, colour and display size for fast deployments for clients
• Development of several internal web tools including a wiki and an application for use by the QA team to track the mobile phones used for testing
• Management and development of all corporate websites, including game mini sites, an extranet and an e-commerce site
• Creation of a long-term strategy for the company's web presence including liaising between departments in the UK and US to ensure the sites met both corporate and user requirements.

Various Positions at the Schools' Liaison Office, Imperial College (2000 to 2001)

The school's liaison office ran a variety of education events for secondary school children to encourage interest in science, I worked on these courses in a number of positions:

• Pastoral Mentor responsible for groups of children staying on residential courses
• Academic Mentor tutoring, assisting in laboratory work and providing guidance for projects
• Session Leader teaching subjects including electronics, chemistry, communications and physics
• Workshop co-ordinator on a robotics course for 150 children, organising structure and content.
• Pimlico Link Tutor - the School's Liaison Office also placed students in local schools once a week to assist teachers. I tutored at Holland Park High School for two years and also acted as liaison between the student tutors and the school.
