Personal Sites

	An encyclopedia of characters from Greek myths and legends. I started creating this site back in a college summer holidays and it was my first actual website with any proper content on it. Over the years I've tweaked it and added new content, but it's still not finished.
	An online repository of my notes and essays from my MSc in History of Science, Technology and Medicine at CHOSTM in London. Please do not reproduce anything from here.
	Imperial College Science Fiction Society website of which I was a member of the trio that redesigned and rebuilt the site into a monster of php with users and message boards. I'm still to be found loitering on the boards.

Professional Portfolio

These are sites that I worked on while at Glu Mobile, a US based company who produce and distribute mobile phone games. I worked in the UK office between Feb 2003 and Dec 2005 as a web developer and project manager.

	The Glu Mobile corporate website was designed and built by an agency and I took over management of it. Day to day maintanence involved adding press releases and new game content. I performed usability testing on the site and minor improvements were made and long term development was planned. I converted the site from a static jsp site to php and introduced methods to make updating more simple. The site is integrated via SOAP to distribution system for US sales and also to a UK based distribution system for sales in the rest of the world.
	Mobu was developed by the UK distribution team at Glu Mobile as a template for distribution channels around the world. I was responsible for site structure and page layouts (a graphic team did the design work) and insuring that the site could easily be adapted. The size, colour, language and content of the site can be changed by making changes to a database - for example Maxis in Malaysia and Sunrise in Switzerland both use exactly the same code base.
	Glu Mobile are partnered with the Cartoon Network in europe to produce mobile phone games. I was project lead for the development of the section of the Cartoon Network website for mobile games. I liaised with the graphic team and the Cartoon Network to build this site to slot into the CN site.
	I developed and built this mini-site for one of Glu's biggest releases of 2005. Ancient Empires is a series of rpg/strategy games which are well respected in the industry and have won several awards. It was important that the website show the depth of the game and this involved liaising with the game developers to obtain and at times create additional resources. I have worked on several other game mini-sites for other games and also for targeted promotions.
